Can Do

Each time the alarm goes off, I ask myself why. Did I just want to get up and get a start on the day? Was I planning on going someplace fun? Did I have an appointment? Was I in charge of getting the kids moving? Was it Sunday?

Whatever the reason, one thing was certain. The music had to go. Well, now that I'm awake, I might as well go through my morning routine. Given the clothes I laid out, it must be a Friday but not a film day. Oh, that's right, some of the kids are sick. The ones who are not, are scheduled to help me with a project today.

Well, I don't know where we're going, but there's no sense in being late.

Trust in the LORD and do good that you may dwell in the land and live secure. Find your delight in the LORD who will give you your heart’s desire. Commit your way to the LORD; trust in him and he will act and make your righteousness shine like the dawn, your justice like noonday. Psalm 37: 3-6
