Littleness

God is big.

Therese of Lisieux understood her littleness. She knew she was not equipped to do big things, so she paved her own "Little Way" to reach Heaven's heights.

Children are like that, too. They look for ways of sharing their talents to brighten the mood of those they love. An original Hildi means as much as an original Van Gough to a mother's heart. And yet I like to think a print of "Starry Night" is hanging front and center on God's fridge.

It made me wonder what my contribution will be.

"I thank you, Father, Lord of Heaven and Earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and the learned and have revealed them to children." Matt 11: 25
