Over the past year, I have had the privilege of preparing for an upcoming art show. My fellow contributors and I have had many discussions on the topic of what constitutes art. The answer we came to is that art is more than a well-constructed project. Art is more than a string of notes or a splash of color. Art is what elevates the spirit to heights greater than the day-to-day can offer. Art is what inspires the viewer, listener, participant to be a better person. Art is what leads us closer to God.
