Christmas at The Table
Stephen has been invited to play Christmas music at The Table Coffee Co on Saturday, December 11th from 1pm to 3pm.
For those of you not familiar with Stephen's holiday music, let me assure you, there is something for everyone.
Do you believe Christmas carols should be sung after Christmas? Advent is a liturgical season, after all. It is not as if we are all singing Alleluia during Lent. Well, you are in luck. Stephen has written Advent carols. Yes, you read that right, Advent carols. He wanted to have music specifically for the season of preparing our hearts for the long-awaited Savior.
Do you believe pop stars should stop "recreating" traditional music? (Well, this will be a version of "Silent Night" you will never forget, tee hee hee.) Rest assured, Stephen feels the same way. Any traditional carol he sings comes from years of singing is his parish choir. There is nothing irreverent or disrespectful in his performance.
Do you believe Christmas should also include nonreligious staples like snowmen, Santa, the reindeer, and penguins? Stephen has music for that, too. With songs about writing letters to Santa, building snowmen, Rudolph's forgot adventures, and the Christmas penguin, you are in for a treat.
So come join us. There is always room at The Table!
